The raw materials used in manufacturing are being imported from United States, Japan, Singapore, Germany and other parts of Europe. However most materials are being supplied by local importers such as JJ Degussa, D and L Industries, Chemwealth, Chemical Merchants, Pacific Resins, Tradeton Corp.,Maha Chemicals, EAC Chemicals to name a few.
ARTEMIO C. FLOR and CARMELITA CO-FLOR, a couple who have their respective field of expertise, established the company in February 14, 2002. Mr. Flor is a chemical engineer and used to be a formulator in early years from different paint manufacturing companies (Roosevelt Chemicals, Techno Development and Chemical Corporation, Metamorphic Phils.) He was also a technical consultant for coating projects by different companies. He has a vast knowledge in the preparation of industrial chemicals. Being in the business for a long period of time Mr. Flor is confident that he will be a great help in catering the demands of Industrial Coatings and Chemicals in the Philippines.
CPPM office and plant is sited in M. dela Cruz Street, Pasay City, Metro Manila with its respective staff, in which each of them has vast knowledge in paint and chemical industries.
